Choosing a photographer & videographer is one of the biggest (and maybe the most intimidating) decisions you’ll make for your wedding day, but it’s also one of the most important. The person you choose is solely responsible for capturing all of the special moments on your wedding day. That’s why it’s so important to me that you choose someone you connect with. I’m not just here to be your photographer or videographer. My goal is for our relationship to blossom and grow beyond business. I’m here to be your new bestie, your third wheel, your paparazzi, and your rock throughout the entire wedding planning process. (Then I’ll be there for the maternity photos too (-; ). Fostering trust and a real connection with you is super important and makes it so much easier for us to create something amazing together.
Encapsulating the real, raw love and emotion between you, your partner, and your loved ones is my top priority when it comes to shooting your wedding day. While we’ll still take some traditional, posed photos that your grandparents will print out for their mantle, I mainly focus on candid style pictures. I would describe myself as more go with the flow when it comes to creating. This doesn’t mean things will go unplanned and be chaotic, but that we will have a little more wiggle room to make these YOUR photos and to tell YOUR story. I want your personalities to shine through. This way we can create more authentic photos that will make you feel like you’re reliving the day, and the emotions, all over again.
While I can admit I’m a little biased, your wedding photos & video are one of the few things that last past your wedding day. You aren’t only investing in your photographer, you’re investing in memories. Memories that will hang on your wall. Memories that your great-great-grandchildren will find in a box years from now and turn to show their siblings. Memories that last forever.
